    Come experience the Iron Bodyfit method and our latest-generation technology. During your first appointment, you’ll complete your Iron-Diag, designed to assess your overall condition—physical, physiological, and mental—and define your personal goals. Then it’s time to gear up and try your first session. If it’s a match, you officially become an Iron.

    Our in-studio teams take the time to understand your needs and your short-, mid-, and long-term goals. Using cutting-edge technology (Ebiody or Visbody), you’ll complete a comprehensive body assessment to better understand your body and move forward toward your goals with confidence.

  • 3. Train with purpose

    Your coach supports you with a fully personalized training plan. Using an individual memory card, your progress and intensity levels are precisely tracked week after week to ensure consistent, measurable results.
